WALTERBORO, UNITED STATES – Operation Blessing is pre-staged in Walterboro, South Carolina, as the East Coast prepares for Hurricane Dorian. Local churches and emergency response programs have been contacted in case of landfall. As the hurricane approaches, Operation Blessing, alongside our generous donors, continues to pray and prepare to help potential hurricane victims facing Hurricane Dorian in South Carolina.
