WORLDWIDE – Earthquakes, floods, and tornadoes can change lives in an instant, leaving families without safe shelter, essential supplies, or a clear path forward. In recent months, communities around the world have faced devastating disasters, but they have not had to face the difficult days of recovery alone.

Thanks to the generosity of Operation Blessing’s supporters like you, families in these hurting communities have received practical help, compassionate care, and most importantly, the love of Jesus.

Meeting Urgent Needs Around the World

In Venezuela, two powerful earthquakes struck just 39 seconds apart, damaging buildings, fracturing roads, and disrupting essential utilities. Because of your love and care, within days Operation Blessing’s Global Disaster Response team was on the ground, working alongside local churches and ministry partners to provide hot meals across more than 40 towns.

Medical teams also treated injured residents and helped people manage ongoing health conditions. For one man struggling to find the medication he needed, receiving medical care brought tremendous relief. He expressed his heartfelt gratitude to you and to everyone who made the response possible.

Across the border in Colombia, Operation Blessing also partnered with local volunteers to help communities affected by catastrophic earthquakes. Together with your help, they worked to meet urgent needs and share God’s love with families facing uncertainty.

Bringing Relief Closer to Home

Here in the United States, with support from our faithful partners, Operation Blessing returned to Texas as communities endured another round of heartbreaking flooding, just one year after the disastrous floods of 2025.

In Illinois, tornadoes left families facing the difficult work of recovery. Through a partnership with The Home Depot Foundation and friends like you, Operation Blessing helped provide essential supplies to residents beginning to rebuild their lives.

Though the circumstances differed, the need was much the same: families needed support, practical resources, and people willing to stand beside them as they worked toward a new beginning.

Hope After the Floods in Nepal

Thousands of miles away, severe floods swept through northern Nepal, destroying homes, washing away roads and bridges, and burying buildings in mud. Families fled with whatever they could carry, leaving behind many of their belongings.

Working with longtime local partner Compassionate Hands for Nepal and caring supporters like you, Operation Blessing found ways to reach isolated communities with food, hygiene supplies, solar lamps, and other essentials.

For families who had lost nearly everything, these supplies meant more than immediate relief. They offered a way to prepare meals, find shelter, and begin putting their lives back together. One grateful recipient shared a heartfelt thank you, explaining how much the assistance meant after the flood took everything her family owned.
