A powerful 6.9-magnitude earthquake struck the Philippines claiming at least 70 lives and leaving many more injured or trapped beneath the rubble. As aftershocks continued, devastated families faced fear, grief, and urgent needs. 

Thanks to friends like you, Operation Blessing’s local team—already responding to recent typhoon damage—quickly mobilized to bring relief. Aid teams flew into Cebu with a volunteer doctor and nurse, delivering food, hygiene kits, solar lamps, and clean water through emergency filtration systems. Our local team is currently responding even now to the most recent typhoon in Cebu that has already claimed over 100 lives.
