Born with a cleft lip, little Naihieng in Cambodia struggled to eat, breathe, and smile with confidence. Her parents dreamed of the day she could receive the surgery that would change her life—but when her father faced serious health problems, that dream felt out of reach.
Because of compassionate supporters and caring partners, Naihieng received life-changing cleft lip surgery in Phnom Penh at no cost to her family.
Today, she’s eating better, speaking more clearly, and most of all—smiling every day. Her mother says seeing her daughter’s joy makes their whole family rejoice.

When Natasha stepped up to care for her “bonus” grandchildren, she didn’t expect how quickly the bills would add up. With her husband on disability and rising expenses, the small cushion in her bank account disappeared—and providing food for her family became a daily worry.
