Watch as we show you how to cook this delicious traditional Indian dish inspired by Christmas in India. This tasty dinner features shiitake mushrooms and axone. What is axone? Axone is a specialty from Nagaland with a unique, pungent flavor. Because it is made from fermented soya beans, it gives the dish a distinctly Indian flavor. This smoked pork dish can be served over freshly steamed rice, or is delicious on its own.
