Diana Lagat joined CBN Germany in October 2022 as the Operation Blessing European Manager.
Diana oversees the development, steering, and management of Operation Blessing projects in Europe. Her responsibilities cover projects in hunger relief, disaster relief, clean water, and medical care. Her role includes communications, fundraising, budgeting, and grant application management.
Diana has over 10 years of experience in social and humanitarian work and leverages her multilingual and intercultural skills to build bridges among diverse social groups. After working in various leadership capacities for the state of Hamburg in the public housing sector, Diana gained deep institutional expertise in process management, crisis intervention, organizational communication, and staff development.
Diana is an outdoor enthusiast, fluent in English, German, and Swahili, and holds a bachelor’s degree in sociology from the University of Hamburg and a master’s degree in European studies from the Europa-University in Flensburg, Germany / Syddansk University in Sonderborg, Denmark.
