LAKE CHARLES, LOUISIANA — Less than a year after the 2020 hurricane season, Operation Blessing is back on the ground in Lake Charles. Our staff is ready to tackle the historic flooding which ravaged the area recently. We met with local resident Mickey Smith Jr., who told our staff about how the storm affected his family. Right now, the community is in desperate need of aid. Operation Blessing is ready to respond to work orders and start giving hope to the community of Lake Charles.
