Alexandro Lima

Dr. Alexandro Lima is our Country Director in Guatemala. A multidisciplinary physician, Alexandro joined Operation Blessing Guatemala in 2023 as our Health Manager and implemented seven health programs in Guatemala. He was soon promoted to serve as country director, where he passionately leads our on-the-ground teams.

Before joining Operation Blessing, Alexandro advised pharmaceutical companies and various health committees, worked in logistic management of medical supplies and hospital equipment, and taught Physiology at a local university. He holds three master’s degrees in bioinformatics, scientific research and hospital administration and is fluent in Spanish, English, and Italian.

Alexandro is happily married and enjoys watercolor painting, baking desserts, and serving in his church.
