Dave R. DIBAKALA serves as the CBN Africa Regional Director. Dave joined CBN in July 2018 as Webmaster/Social Media Manager, leveraging his expertise in IT acquired during his training as a software engineer. He then served as the Director of Communications before taking the helm as regional director.

Outside of work, Dave is deeply involved in his church, where he leads the choir as the choirmaster. His passion is for innovation and commitment to the development of CBN Africa, where he inspires his colleagues and leads with strategic vision. He is married and the father of two children.
