As Senior Director of Marketing and Communications, Holly leads a passionate team of storytellers and strategists who connect generous donors with the lives they are changing around the world. From print and digital media to donor journeys, videos, social media, appeal letters, and more, her department works across platforms to share compelling stories of transformation through Operation Blessing’s global outreach.
With a background in journalism and a deep commitment to lifting up families in need, she brings both technical skill and heartfelt purpose to her role. Her previous experiences in South America, post-earthquake Haiti, and Hurricane Katrina relief shaped a lifelong calling to amplify the voices of those facing crisis and poverty.
As a mother herself, she has a strong personal drive to advocate for struggling moms and children who need a chance to break the cycle of poverty. Her work is inspired by the promise of Isaiah 58:10: “If you pour yourself out for the hungry and satisfy the desire of the afflicted, then shall your light rise in the darkness…” (ESV).
Holly holds a bachelor’s degree in Equine Journalism from Rocky Mountain College and a master’s degree in Journalism from Regent University. She lives in Virginia with her husband and their three children, and she loves hiking, camping, and spending time outdoors.
