By completing this transaction, you are authorizing Operation Blessing (OB) to store the credit card credentials you enter and charge the credit card on a monthly basis in the amount you specify. 

Your monthly credit card donation will remain in effect until you notify OB in writing or by phone that you want this arrangement to end, allowing at least three business days to act on your request, or until OB has sent you a written notice that it will end this arrangement within 10 business days.
