All gifts for a specific program will be applied to the program and its fundraising expenses and up to 10% may be applied to administrative expenses. If funds raised exceed the amount needed for this project, additional gifts will be used to provide child development solutions for children in need around the world.

Here’s What Life-Changing Nutrition Looks Like for Kids Around the World
Anibal, Age 7, Dominican Republic
Anibal’s heartbreaking story began with hunger, neglect, and sleeping in the streets. When his grandmother heard about his hardship, she took him in. But she struggled, often wondering where their next meal would come from. Then they discovered our feeding program, and he began to thrive.
Today Anibal likes playing soccer, math class, and the meals that are now part of his daily life. He smiles as he talks about the food he loves—meat, pancakes, beans, and salads. Simple things, but they carry the deep meaning that he is cared for and no longer on his own.
Hnin, Age 11, Thailand
Hnin lived with her older brother, but he had his own issues and barely cared for her. With tears in her eyes, she shared that she often had no food. While watching other kids eat, run around, and enjoy themselves, she felt left out and deeply sad.
Then she came to one of our Orphan’s Promise programs. She now has nutritious food to eat, friends to play with, and the chance to go to school. She especially enjoys learning English and dreams of becoming a teacher someday—so she can teach children who, like her, once had no opportunities.
Oliver, Age 4, Costa Rica
Sweet little Oliver lives in a part of town where homes are made of sheet metal and pressed tightly together. For him, our Orphan’s Promise program is a daily refuge of safety. Here he can play, he can learn about God, and he can eat.
His struggling single mother knows he will get meals there that will help him grow healthy and strong. Meals she often can’t provide on her own. Oliver said, “I like the food… because it tastes really good. I leave full, and I like it when they give me soup.” The happy words of a child who has been fed physically, spiritually, and emotionally.
