If stocks or mutual funds you’ve held for more than one year have increased in value, you may want to consider using these assets–rather than cash–to fund your giving.
By electronic transfer – If you own assets in a brokerage or investment account, gifts are typically made electronically. Please contact the Planned Giving team for instructions on how you can transfer stock from your brokerage or investment account to Operation Blessing, or directly to Orphan’s Promise.
