Orphan’s Promise Sexual Abuse Prevention
Equipping Communities to Protect Children
Every child deserves to grow up safe, valued, and protected. Yet poverty, instability, displacement, and limited access to trustworthy information can increase a child’s vulnerability to abuse and exploitation.
Through Orphan’s Promise, friends like you help equip children, caregivers, educators, and community leaders with age-appropriate prevention education and practical tools that promote safety.
By strengthening families and building informed, supportive communities, Orphan’s Promise helps create environments where children are heard, protected, and given opportunities to thrive.
Building Safer Communities in Latin America
Through the “Yo Digo No,” or “I Say No,” program and support from friends like you, Orphan’s Promise provides age-appropriate prevention education for children, caregivers, and educators in Latin America.
Children learn about personal boundaries, unsafe situations, and how to seek help from a trusted adult. At the same time, teachers and caregivers receive training that helps them recognize concerns, respond appropriately, and create safer environments for children.
By involving both children and the adults responsible for their care, the program helps communities build a stronger culture of awareness, protection, and support.
Creating Stability for Vulnerable Children in Croatia
In Croatia, Orphan’s Promise works alongside local leaders and educators to support children facing family instability and increased vulnerability to exploitation.
Through educational support, safe environments, mentorship, and practical assistance, children can receive consistent care and opportunities to learn and grow. By also supporting families and trusted caregivers, these programs help strengthen the protective relationships surrounding each child.
Through this holistic approach, you can help children experience greater stability, belonging, and hope for the future.
